Happy Thanksgiving!

The pic is of Patachou when he had gotten home from his radiation treatment. He was tired and had headed right up to bed. You can see (sorta) up in left hand corner, Patches is lying in her favorite spot.
I just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving.



I have many things to be thankful for this year. All my family is happy and healthy. My mom is 5 yr breast cancer survivor and doing wonderfully. My dad is healthy and enjoying life. My bro is working hard offshore (well not this week but lol) and very happy with his pretty wife. My SIL is a sweet person who I totally love. My sis, my best friend, is doing wonderfully and even thinking of going back to school (because 2 degrees is just not enough), and very happy with her boyfriend. And this year I have a wonderful boyfriend. After everything I went through the 7 yrs before my divorce last year, K is a total blessing. We are very happy together. And lastly all my babies are happy and healthy. It is hard seeing my girls getting old, but they deserve the calm and consistency they now have.

OK now that I've done the mushy stuff, on to the food. We did the traditional thanksgiving turkey meal last week since the whole family was there. So tomorrow it will be my mom, my sis, my bf and me. We are having meat fondue yummy. Mom has this cool old fondue book with all kinds of nifty recipes and she always makes sauces and home made mayo.

And in the evening I'll be going with my bf to his best friends place for traditional thanksgiving. It is going to be a full day.
